Nicole Devlin, ACA - Managing Director

Nicole, our Managing Director, brings over 20 years of financial and operational expertise working with small to medium-sized businesses across a range of industries. Her background includes deep experience in cost centre and board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing both month-end and year-end processes—including audits. Nicole has also led the successful implementation of key business systems, such as purchase order workflows and accounting software solutions. With a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset, she helps businesses gain clarity, improve efficiency, and make confident, data-driven decisions.

Ashleigh Earl -Administration Assistant

Ash brings over 15 years of practical administration experience, with a strong background in supporting small, hands-on businesses like her own and her husband’s farming operations. She understands the unique pressures of running a contracting business—juggling jobs, managing cash flow, and staying on top of paperwork. From handling accounts receivable and payable to preparing GST returns and navigating Xero, Ash offers reliable, down-to-earth support that helps contractors stay organized and focused on the work that matters most.
